Free shipping for orders over $149 (NZ only)

I use the Go Sweet Spot courier system for all deliveries.

Flat rate (standard, non-signature) shipping:

• North Island — $8

• South Island — $10

• Rural addresses — add $5.50

• Jewellery & Keepsakes — $5.50 (nationwide, sent in a DLE courier bag)
   

Orders are usually packed and shipped within 1–2 business days of payment clearing.

You’ll receive an email with tracking details once your parcel is on the way.

Unless otherwise stated, items listed in the shop are ready to send.

If you’d like a piece in another colour or size, I’ll be in touch to confirm timeframes — custom orders generally take around two weeks to make and ship.

Sustainable packaging
Shipping glass safely is no small task, but I do my best to keep things kind to the planet. I’ll typically send your order in a cardboard box or envelope, and I use biodegradable packaging wherever I can. If your parcel includes plastic, it’s likely reclaimed bubble wrap or reused packaging materials to keep things safe. Occasionally, I’ll use a plastic shipping satchel — while these aren’t made from reclaimed materials, they’re perfect for reusing (hiding lollies from the kids, anyone?) or you can recycle them with soft plastics to help reduce waste.
 

Once your parcel has been handed to the courier, I’m not responsible for delays or parcels lost in transit — though I’ll always do my best to help if something goes awry.
